Do you run for your life

Running is my stress relief, my escape, my passion.  I love competing, challenging myself, and improving.  I need to fight, to feel pain, to keep going, to fear but do it anyway, to make a plan and follow it, to make goals and work towards them.  I run for so much more than a time and a place.  I run for my life.
