Hardest Workout

Tuesday’s Extremely Hot and Humid Track Workout

2  mile warm up

2 miles at 6:40/mile

2 minute jog

12 x 200 m (40-42 seconds) with a 200 m jog recovery

2 mile cool down

Total Mileage

76-81 miles… My GPS watch died in the middle of a run and did not save my miles.

Cross Training Activity of the Week

Swimming!?!  But, all I do is…

Weather Report 

75-95 degrees

80-90% humidity

Gear Notes

I ran most of my miles in my Nike Free RN Flyknits.  All other miles I ran barefoot or in my Vibram Five Fingers.

# 1 Training Problem

I haven’t slept well in over a week.  4-5 hours/night…
