Rice Noodles with Salt and Vinegar Chips?
Cook time- 5 minutes

When choosing a sauce, look for a low/no sodium sauce with minimal ingredients.  

Tip- When you shop at the grocery store, buy foods with minimal ingredients.  If you don’t know what half of the ingredients are on the label of the food you are about to buy, chances are it is not good for you.  

Vanilla Ice Cream with Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal and Cooked Apple…a healthy dessert…Gluten Free! Egg Free! Soy Free!

I cook the apple to kill what I am allergic to.  To do this, I peel and slice the apple, and then I microwave it on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds.  

The oatmeal can be cooked or uncooked.  Either way works for me!
