Hi! It’s been awhile, right? Sorry for the lack of training updates and race plans…Yes, I am still training! Yes, I will be racing again soon! Most likely a half marathon in May and maybe a tune up a week before.
Last week was my first official week of Spring Training. I ran hill repeats last Tuesday, a tempo on Friday, and an easy 12 miler on Sunday. My total mileage for Week 1 was 52 miles. This week, I will end up somewhere over 60 miles. I will post training from Week 2 on Sunday.
