A New Chapter

Everything feels new.  Different.  I am not the same.

I have no focus with my own training right now.  I run if I want to run, and I train hard if I want to train hard.  Today was a train hard kind of day. 

8 Mile ‘HIIT’ Workout (no rest)

1.5 Mile Run

10 Pushups

1 Mile (slightly faster)

10 Burpees with Push-ups

1 Mile (slightly faster)

10 Burpees with Push-ups

1 Mile (hold pace)

40 Mountain Climbers

1 Mile (easy)

Spiderman Plank (x20)

1 Mile

15 Jump Squats

1 Mile

5 Diamond Push-ups, 6 Staggered hand push-ups (one hand out farther, switching after each push-up)

.5 Mile

10 Burpees with Push-ups

Even though I pushed myself in this workout, running felt good and that is what I am going for.
